Refund Policy

Because promotional services are customized to each client, refund terms are defined per engagement and outlined in your written agreement before work begins.
Deposits
Deposits reserve time, talent, and resources on our production calendar. Once work begins, deposits are generally non-refundable to cover time already committed.
Milestone Payments
Payments made against completed milestones are non-refundable. Milestones not yet started at the time of cancellation may be refundable in full or in part, depending on committed vendor and talent costs.
Cancellation
Written notice of cancellation is required. Any third-party costs already committed on your behalf (talent deposits, vendor fees, venue holds, etc.) remain the client's responsibility.
Service Concerns
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the scope agreed to in writing, contact us immediately. We will work in good faith to resolve concerns, including revisions where appropriate.
Customized Pricing
Every project is customized. Pricing varies by scope and complexity. Refund terms specific to your project will always be documented in your proposal before payment.
